For all those who decided to give Valentine's Day a miss, this year the Victoria are hosing an anti-Valentine's Day party in the front bar.The night is lead by Bathurst locals and favourites Sarah Conolan, Abby Smith and Sophie Jones. The evening is perfect for bitter cynics, romance haters or people in a happy relationship who just hate Valentine's Day. It's free entry and kicks off from 6pm.
Celebrate V-Day with discounted coffee. Bring your Valentine's date to Gunther's Lane and you'll get your second coffee half price. If that's not enough, you can commemorate the moment on the Polaroid camera and enjoy a movie on the big screen. From 6am through to 4pm.
Often the junior romantics are forgotten about during Valentine's Day, but not this year. Pollets Bathurst are hosing a games, disco and pizza night for everyone (not just members). From 6.30pm to 9.30pm local youngsters can enjoy a disco to celebrate the day of love for just $30 per person. Mum and dad can enjoy some time out at another venue or party with them.
You can treat your someone special to an intimate dinner for two prepared by the Harvest Cafe team. Choose from a two course or three course dinner and enjoy delicious dining this Valentine's Day. Bookings essential.
The George are getting arty this Valentine's Day with partners invited to sip wine and paint together. All experience levels are welcome as couples paint a gorgeous sunset on the beach. Ticket cost includes the canvas, art equipment and a glass of wine on arrival. And of course, being the George, the bar isn't too far away. Spots are strictly limited. Find tickets here
Enjoy a picnic hamper in the gardens and grounds of Abercrombie House. You can take a guided or self-guided tour of the house and enjoy an antiques and collectibles market fair. BYO picnic rug, wine and friend. Kick off is from 7pm.
