In celebration of NSW Women's Week, the Central West Women's Health Centre [CWWHC] will be running 'What Women Want': a series of activities designed to provide vital health and wellbeing information for local women.

From Monday to Friday next week, the CWWHC will host activities centred around wellbeing, financial advice, physical activity, relationships and maintaining a positive frame of mind.
CWWHC manager Karen Boyde said the week will be a valuable point of call for women to gain some insightful lifestyle tips.
"We have anywhere between 30 to 40 women visit CWWHC each week, and the idea is to raise awareness of the services we offer," Ms Boyde said.
"In addition, we'll have a series of visiting professionals who will facilitate workshops on sexual health, domestic violence prevention and maintaining a healthy wellbeing.
The week of events will commence on Monday, March 2 with a walk around the Macquarie River at 9.30am, which will include a yoga session with Susan Douglas and a picnic.
Tuesday's activities will centre around the promotion of a wise approach to women's wellness, including free bra fittings and breast screening appointments.
"All the events are free of charge, so it will be a great opportunity for women to take advantage of these services," Ms Boyde said.
Wednesday's events will focus on financial management, which will involve information sessions hosted by the Wagga Women's Health Centre, Housing Plus and Amanda Cush.
"The financial segment will allow women to take control of their finances and manage their household budget," Ms Boyde said.
Thursday and Friday's activities will centre around maintaining healthy relationships and a positive wellbeing, including a series of sessions with clinical sexologist CJ Baldry entitled 'Let's Talk About Sex.'
"We quite often have women at the centre seeking out more information on sexuality, and CJ Baldry's sessions will be valuable for those seeking to learn more on the matter," Ms Boyde said.
"Her sessions will not be for the faint of heart, and no topic will be off limits."
The CWWHC will facilitate the week of activities in conjunction with the Bathurst Family Violence Community Action Network.
"We want to help women move towards gender equality and the community would be a happier place if women could feel safe all of the time," Ms Boyde said.
"CWWHC regularly run activities to encourage women to participate within a comfortable environment."
