The event, hosted by Betty Confetti [the drag queen alter ego of Jonathan Hosking], was crossed to live by SBS as part of their inaugural live coverage of the Sydney Mardi Gras parade.
Hosking said the event provided an engaging social atmosphere for everyone involved.
"It was great to see people from all walks of live mingling, which is exactly the kind of family-friendly atmosphere we wanted," he said.
"A lot of people have messaged me with kind words on the SBS live cross and while it was only a short snippet, there was a strong sense of pride in broadcasting our party to a national audience."
Hosking said the event featured a host of memorable performance from local talents.
"Sammy Taylor's gig was outstanding, she's an exceptionally gifted musician," he said.
"In addition, the Dancin' Divas Pole Studio put on an outstanding performance."

Hosking was joined on host duties by fellow local drag queen, Khora Clinic.
A prominent percentage of the attendance sported colourful outfits in a strong showing of individuality and self-expression.
"It showed how supportive everyone is of one another, and it was clear that the event was long overdue for the Central West," Hosking said.
"We've come such a long way as a community, and it proved that there's plenty of love for the LGBTQIA+ community."
Hosking is hoping to make Bathurst's Mardi Gras celebrations an annual event, and said Keystone 1889 serves as a fine venue for the occasion.
"It would be amazing if we could section off part of Keppel Street next year to stage a march," he said.
"Keystone is the perfect venue, so we hope to see that association grow."
Hosking's next appearance as Betty Confetti will be at Orange's Relay for Life event next Saturday to host the annual Miss Relay drag queen pageant.
"It's always enjoyable assuming the Betty persona, and I'm always thankful for the support," he said.
