From 12pm, the venue will have live entertainment throughout the day, with the restaurant set to be open for lunch and dinner.
Jack Duggans owner Glyn Daunt said revellers can expect an entertaining day all around.
"Our lunchtime band, Tripsand Falls, specialises in traditional Irish music while our other featured acts, Ash Sproule and Blonde 182, will perform everyone's favourite covers," Mr Daunt said.
"There'll be plenty of giveaways and decorations, and the Guinness is expected to flow all day long."
Mr Daunt said the venue comes alive each year for St Patrick's Day.
"Everyone has a little bit of Irish in them, and we want to ensure attendees can comfortably join in on the festivities," he said.
"We understand everyone's uncertainty around the developing COVID-19 situation, which is why we want attendees to practice proper hygiene precautions.
"At the end of the day, we just want everyone to have an enjoyable St Patrick's Day."
The venue will be open from 10am until midnight.
