Showers have been forecast for this coming Wednesday, with predictions ranging from anywhere between 10-20mm, followed by possible showers of 5-10mm on both Sunday and Monday.
The temperature will also remain quite pleasant in the next week, with a max of 23 on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, with Friday to fall to a low of 9 degrees.
Bathurst last received significant rainfall on Sunday, March 15, when 10.2mm fell and with 27.6mm on Friday, March 3, with the monthly total at 57.2mm, down from a total of 80.3mm in March, 2019.
The current rainfall for this month is above the long term March average of 51.4, with the wettest March on record was in 1926, with 205.3mm recorded.
The driest March on record was in 1934 when not a single drop of rain was recorded.
