Appointments are now required for those wishing to drop in to the customer service centres.
"Central Tablelands Local Land Services staff will continue to provide our broad range of services during this current period, including essential on-ground services, such as biosecurity and emergency management where safe and practical," Central Tablelands LLS general manager Chris Cumming said.
"However, the way we interact with our customers and the community may be different to what people are used to.
"While in most instances, this means staff and customers will not have face-to-face contact, Central Tablelands Local Land Services staff are still here when it matters to help in these challenging times.
"We've set up new systems to ensure customer inquiries are attended to by the right people in a timely manner."
Mr Cumming said customers can keep in touch with Central Tablelands LLLS in a number of ways, including by filling out an online inquiry form.
Online inquires will be responded to within two working days by return email or a phone call and online payments are still available on the Local Land Services website, he said.
He said people can call a single customer number from anywhere in the state and be put through to regional staff, while those on Facebook can also get in touch via Messenger.
"In addition, we will be sending out important information via email communication so we advise people to stay in touch by subscribing to our newsletter," Ms Cumming said.
