The iconic 6.213 kilometre circuit is the only one which features twice in the virtual racing series.
Launched as a way to keep Supercars fans entertained and drivers in racing given the coronavirus has put the regular season on hold, the All Stars Eseries features 10 rounds.
Commencing on Wednesday, the series will visit 18 different circuits. While the Supercars drivers will put their sim skills to the test at venues famous for hosting Formula 1, IndyCar and NASCAR racing, Mount Panorama does not miss out.
It will first feature in round three on April 22 - the only event in the series which utilises a single track.
Mount Panorama will then join Oran Park in staging the final round on June 10.
Drivers will use the current Holden ZB Commodore and Ford Mustang Supercars available and are keen to take on a new challenge.
Kelly Racing's Andre Heimgartner has been using sim racing as part of his regular Supercars preparation in recent years and is keen to show what he can do.
"It's really exciting to take on the new challenge of racing in the Eseries, I've enjoyed the last few weeks upgrading my existing simulator setup to what it is now, which is pretty cool with the race seat, race wheel and the Supercars shifter," he said.
"It's honestly pretty realistic and it does take a fair bit of skill to keep the car on the race track.
"It should be fun, it's something that definitely takes some practice to get used to so we could be in for some carnage, but at the same time the guys that have been practising I'd expect to be pretty good.
"At the end of the day it's great that us as a sport we are able to do this, certainly there are a lot of sports out there that can't do this, so we're grateful we can still give the fans something to watch and we hope they can all get behind it.
"It's definitely going to be a laugh with some good banter between all of the drivers."
Fans can watch the series opener on Ten Play from 7pm-9pm on Wednesday.
