Mandy Griffiths - a co-owner of the business alongside her husband Pete Griffiths - said there's been constant challenges the catering business - which makes an array of cupcakes, cakes and desserts - has had to face and it's on a daily basis.
"We had to change our whole business model with what's been happening at the moment," she said.
"The directive from the Prime Minister downwards is things are changing almost day-by-day.
"We're basically trying to stay ahead and be willing to adapt to changes as they come, which can be difficult because things we've planned we can no longer go ahead with."
Ms Griffiths said it's been harder to source ingredients, especially as some supermarkets have put restrictions on how many items can be purchased at once, like flour.
"Getting ingredients for our products is becoming more difficult," she said.
"Previously we used an array of suppliers to make sure we can get the best ingredients at the best prices.
"Now we've had to become quite creative in how we get them."
While sourcing ingredients has become more difficult, meaning the prices have gone up, the cost of products from the catering company have remained the same.
Mr Griffiths added he and his wife had to put in extra time to come up with more innovative ideas.
"We're working our guts out and having to spend a lot more time brainstorming new ways to adapt our business," he said.
"That's why we're busy - doing everything we can to try and survive through this tough period."
