The 'Buythemacoffee' initiative was started in Sydney and has spread throughout the country, with Dubbo Hospital running their first free coffee event last Friday.
Bathurst Hospital are set to run theirs on Wednesday and cafe manager Laura Thomas said there's still time to donate.
"A GoFundMe campaign has been setup among Bathurst, Orange and Dubbo for people putting their health on the line to work, including doctors, nurses, cleaners, security guards etc.," Ms Thomas said.
"They're not just customers to us, they're family, and anything we can do to support them will go a long way."
Ms Thomas said the cafe has already received donations from patients and general customers, and said the partnership with the initiative will allow them to streamline the service.
"For all the work they do, it is very important for us as a community to give front-line health care workers a pat on the back for their incredible work," she said.
"This is our way of doing our bit."
