And they are inviting viewers to don their finest pyjamas for this Saturday's gig to celebrate the added comfort of enjoying a live performance from home.
"Many people who have watched our previous gigs have sent us pictures and videos of them enjoying the performances in their PJ's, so we thought we'd make a thing of it," Momentum's Lauren Hagney said.
"We want to host the biggest pyjama party in the Central West and beyond."
Both Hagney and band-mate Dave Webb have been hit by gig cancellations in the wake of the COVID-19 situation, but their fortnightly online gigs have helped somewhat fill the void.
"I've been playing guitar every day during isolation, which has worked out really well creatively," Webb said.
"We look forward to these online gigs as much as everyone else."
Momentum has performed three online gigs over the past month, and Hagney said the response has been outstanding.
"We've averaged an audience of around 2500 to 3000 people so far, including international viewers from the United States, New Zealand, Mexico, Canada and the United Kingdom," she said.
"What has really stood out for us is how attentive and interactive online audiences have been, which isn't always the case when we perform in a live environment."
With all the disruption to live entertainment as a result of COVID-19, the online gigs have allowed Momentum to keep in touch with their supporters and beat the lockdown blues.
"We have our good and bad days like everyone else, but these online gigs are giving us enough drive to keep the practice up," Webb said.
"A music video we recently put together for our cover of Tones & I's 'Dance Monkey' is inspired by the housebound experience," Hagney added.
Momentum's pyjama gig will commence live on Facebook this Saturday from 7pm. A prize will be on offer for the person with the best pyjama photo/video.
