The centre's staff spent a great deal of time and effort over the school holidays reorganising their classes for an online medium.
Dance Factory principal Felicity King said the students have reacted positively to the changes.
"We have over 25 classes running throughout term two, and it's great to see students willing to stay active and productive from home," Ms King said.
"We use Zoom for classes, as well as an app called BAND for pre-recorded routines."
Fellow teacher Abigail Barnes said staff and students have risen to the challenge of remote lessons.
"It's been an interesting learning curve, but we've adapted well and the students seem to really enjoy it," Ms Barnes said.
"The online method has made it easier for us to go one-on-one with students at certain points, which helps us provide more tailored feedback."
With no word yet on the Bathurst Eisteddfod, Ms King hopes some good news comes through on the matter.
"A lot of eisteddfods have gone online, which does give our students something to work towards," she said.
