Renovation works have included a repaint and reorganisation of the Little Alberts live entertainment space and a re-invigoration of the hotel facilities to suit the venue's artistic feel.
Manager and licensee Heath Smith said work on the venue's accommodation facilities has been on the cards since last year's relaunch.
"Our new accommodation offering will take advantage of the fact we're in the middle of a burgeoning arts and cultural precinct, and the added time with the shutdown has allowed us to push ahead with this project," Mr Smith said.
"We feel the work is timely considering the COVID-19 situation's restrictions on overseas travel, which could result in a greater push for regional tourism."
Mr Smith said the renovation of Little Alberts has been specifically thought out to accommodate spacing and comfort.
"We've got a great lineup of artists ready to go for the latter end of the year with the view restrictions are about to be eased, but we're aiming to plan these events for more intimate crowds," he said.
"It won't be the same as it was before, but we want to keep our live entertainment offerings alive while giving people that peace of mind regarding virus and infection control."
The Victoria, like all pubs and hotels in town, was forced to abruptly shut down in late March due to government-enforced non-essential gathering measures.
Mr Smith feels the re-opening of live venues will depend on how each business plans for what many believe will be a different environment.
"There will be changes, but we intend to maintain our key offerings: great food and drink, quality music and a comfortable community environment," he said.
"Our local artists have had it tougher than us, so we want to support them as best we can when we return."
"As the restrictions lift, we will release a range of ticketed and free locally focused gigs"
