The Grange has donated 20 litres of hand sanitiser to Lifeline Central West, as well as Glenray, the Rural Fire Brigade at O'Connell and Vivability.
While creating hand sanitiser is not that hard, sourcing the ingredients was a little bit difficult early on due to restrictions on how many items could be bought.
Lifeline Central West CEO Stephanie Robinson said the donation is greatly appreciated.
"It's great because we had trouble sourcing hand sanitiser and wipes for a long time," she said.
"Toby [Jones from The Grange Distillery] has helped us so much by donating 20 litres of sanitiser. That has taken the pressure off us because it took countless hours to source it, to help keep our volunteers safe.
"We've got to look after our community right now and that's something we do quite well."
Ms Robinson said Lifeline has lost a lot of its volunteers during the coronavirus pandemic.
"We lost probably one quarter to one third of our volunteers because they didn't want to come into the center, with the risk of infection," she said.
"What we do is a lot of face-to-face training and some of that has been adapted to go online through Zoom, but not all of our training has."
During the coronavirus pandemic, Ms Robinson said Lifeline has received almost double the amount of calls compared to the period pre-coronavirus.

"We've never seen such a different mix of people affected," she said.
"We have an environment where we're looking after each other, especially people who have fallen through the cracks.
"There's a huge amount of people calling right now that we wouldn't be normally talking to. There's so many people that are overwhelmed and fearful of the whole situation."
Bathurst councillor Jess Jennings said the donation has benefited the local economy.
"Toby is helping keep the wheels of the local economy going," he said.
"His donation is a further benefit to the local community too."
The Bathurst Grange Distillery is based on the O'Connell Road at Brewongle and people can order bottles of hand sanitiser on the distillery's website at www.bathurstgrange.com.au, with small bottles or bulk orders available for customers.
