Cafe on Corporation has expanded their public acts of kindness to the health sector, delivering a donation of food packages to Bathurst Hospital yesterday.

The cafe, who has brightened the days of various local schools in recent weeks, delivered 12 boxes of food items to the hospital's administration staff, including wraps, sandwiches, dessert and fruit platters.
Bunnings Bathurst placed and paid for the order with Cafe On Corporation as a way of thanking nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic, and will also team with Kelso's Bakehouse On The Boulevard to provide further lunches for nurses.
Cafe on Corporation manager Caitlin Symes said the business will be making identical deliveries over the next few Thursdays.
"This is the largest catering order we've ever put together and our team has shown plenty of enthusiasm towards giving back to the local community over the COVID-19 period," Ms Symes said.
"So many local businesses have been very supportive of us during this period, and this is our way of saying thanks and giving a little back."
Cafe on Corporation, through their partnership with Vivability, employs 12 members of staff with a disability, providing them with invaluable work experience in the hospitality industry.
Staff member Lara Matheson, who has worked at the cafe since it opened in November last year, said she enjoys serving the wider community.
"There's so much I love about the job; serving customers, taking orders, making milkshakes; I find it very fulfilling," Ms Matheson said.
"So many local businesses have been very supportive of us during this period, and this is our way of saying thanks and giving a little back."

Bathurst Hospital administration manager Catherine Garment said the delivery was a kind gesture, and thanked Cafe on Corporation for their welcome support.
"These deliveries will give hospital staff a much-break from their busy environment to enjoy some healthy eating options," Ms Garment said.
"It's been a frantic period of changes and uncertainty at the hospital over the past few months, and the staff are very thankful for all the support received from the community."
Last month, the hospital's cafe joined a nation-wide, crowd-funded initiative to shout coffees for health care workers.
"It's nice to see the community expressing so much gratitude for the work our staff are doing, as it has given them the boost they need to navigate this difficult period," Ms Garment said.
