THERE was a lot of uncertainty when Beauty 4 U was forced to close on March 23, but after 10 weeks the salon is back in business and keeping busy.

Beauty 4 U reopened on Monday after restrictions on beauty salons, and other industries, were relaxed by the NSW Government.
It had been a tough few months, as when staff closed the salon, they did so not knowing how long it would be before they could open again.
Some estimates were as long as six months, so to be back operating a little over two months later is a good result.
Beauty 4 U owner Ange Gould was thrilled to be able to open the doors on Monday, especially with clients showing they were eager to come back.
All the available appointments for the day had been booked out.
"It's been good, it's been busy, everyone's happy to be back," Ms Gould said.
Beauty 4 U offers a range of services, including facials, eyebrow grooming, waxing and professional makeup.
Ms Gould said that that a lot of clients are keen to get their eyebrows seen to after months without access to their technicians.
Facials have also been popular.

Although the salon is open again, it is operating a little differently.
There are limits on how many people can be there at one time and when people enter, they must sanitise their hands and sign in with their name and contact number.
Ms Gould said she was a little nervous about how the business and clients would adapt to the changes, but people were very understanding and it was a positive day.
During the closure, Beauty 4 U's three staff relied on the JobKeeper subsidy to keep money coming into their households.
"It's been really good. I don't think we would have survived without it," Ms Gould said.
They also took the time to come into the salon to refresh the space and Ms Gould also did some online training.
With restrictions slowly easing and allowing more small businesses to reopen, Ms Gould encouraged residents to show their support by shopping locally.
"We really need to support them to keep them going otherwise we aren't going to have them," she said.
