The ease in restrictions has seen some of the service's key clients, such as Jack Duggans and the Elephant and Castle Hotel, reopen for business.
Bathurst Taxis' production development and marketing manager Paul Shanahan said the fleet is looking forward to reigniting the service into the winter months.
"The service was a rip-roaring success when it launched late last year but understandably, COVID-19 saw a reduction in deliveries with businesses having to alter their plans," Mr Shanahan said.
"It's now more important than ever to support local businesses, and we want to ensure the community can enjoy restaurant-quality meals in their lounge room over the cooler months.
Mr Shanahan said taxi drivers are maintaining high-quality hygiene standards in their vehicles.
Jack Duggans owner Glyn Daunt said the service will provide the venue with some extra business while restrictions are in place.
"Any takeaway business we can get through the door only adds to our income at the end of the week," Mr Daunt said.
