Located at 99 Keppel Street, Keystone, formerly known as The Carrington, is a three-storey mixed use freehold building that has primarily been used as a function centre.
When it opened in 1889, it was a Masonic Hall and used as the headquarters of the Freemasons.
The building features a Victorian era theatre, with fully licenced bar and courtyard suitable for wedding receptions, concerts and theatre shows, a mezzanine and private meeting spaces for corporate events.

The property is listed with both Savills Australia and Raine and Horne Bathurst's director Matt Clifton.
"It's a one-of-a-kind building in Bathurst. There's nothing quite like it," Mr Clifton said.
The property is new to the market and the real estate agents will be accepting expressions of interest up until 12pm on July 3.
Mr Clifton said that the property could be snapped up by a buyer from Sydney, but he hasn't ruled out someone more local purchasing it.
"We've had interest from parties from both inside and outside of Bathurst and that spread of interest is likely to continue," he said.
Among the selling points of this property are that it has availability of income with strong rent potential, excellent exposure to traffic, and its proximity to public amenities, restaurants and transport infrastructure.
The property would be suited to someone looking to continue using Keystone for functions, however the site offers a lot of flexibility.
With the property zoned B3 commercial core, it has the potential to be used for a wide variety of purposes, including hotel or motel accommodation, childcare, and as a medical centre.
"It would possibly be redeveloped, but ideally it would be suited to someone who wants to continue using it for functions," Mr Clifton said.
Interested parties can contact Mr Clifton at Raine and Horne on 0414 011 117, or one of the two Savills agents, Nick Lower (0414 259 494) and Selin Ince (0410 538 779).
Once expressions of interest close, the current owner will review offers and decide if they will accept one and proceed with the sale.
