Good rainfall was recorded across large parts of the region with some towns receiving more than 30 millimetres by 8am on Monday.
Young was the wettest location with 34.8mm recorded in the Bureau of Meteorology's rain gauge at the airport.

Bathurst also had good rainfall with 18.6mm recorded, this was followed by Cowra (18.0mm), Lithgow (16.2mm), Forbes (11.8mm) and Mudgee (10.4mm).
Dubbo received the least amount of rain by 8am on Monday with just 6.6mm recorded.
There is an 80 per cent chance of rain falling on Monday in many towns.
