The under 12s will commence a 10-team competition starting on Saturday, July 25, with each team playing each other once for a nine-round season before the play-offs which will be concluded with a grand final on September 26.
A final draw is expected to be released before the July school holidays.
The Walla's Gala Days are guaranteed to take place too, which is likely to be split into two zones - a western zone and an eastern zone.
The two zones will allow for less travel allowing for six to seven gala days, starting in term three.
Bulldogs junior president Mike Curtin said it's exciting that the juniors will get a season, after so much uncertainty only several months ago.
"We're really excited players are going to get some games this year because all looked lost towards the end of April, early May," he said.
"I think Central West presidents had a meeting about five to six weeks ago and we were looking down the barrel of not having a season at all.
"Thank goodness things have gone the way they have and restrictions have been lifted.
"Certainly if things continue on a positive path, we'll be ready in a month's time. Fingers crossed with what's happening in Victoria won't cross the border and we don't have to put the brakes on things."
Curtin said it's also pleasing that the season will go ahead for the sake of the under 12s, who may never play for the Bulldogs club again.

"We're really pleased because for many of our juniors, especially our under 12s, this will probably be the last time a lot of them will play for the Bulldogs," he said.
"A lot of them will go off to high school. We don't have a side above under 12s, because a lot of juniors go on to St Stanislaus' or Scots All Saints College and they'll play rugby there.
"Some of them go off to university outside of Bathurst afterwards and they might never wear Bulldogs colours again.
"It's great they'll play some games this year and wear the Bulldogs colours at least for one last time."
The junior club has over 120 players registered to play this season.
The senior Bulldogs are also expected to play this season, with a Central West Rugby Union meeting to take place on Friday to decide the season draw.
Only five teams will compete in first grade - Bulldogs, Orange City, Orange Emus, Forbes Platypi and Dubbo Kangaroos - with Cowra Eagles withdrawing earlier this week due to the impact the coronavirus has had on the club.
