Crema on George, located on its namesake George Street, is a popular outlet for many coffee drinkers.

When asked what makes Crema coffee the best in Bathurst, owner Tricia White said it comes down to the brand of coffee beans they use.

"We think we've got the best because of the Campos brand we use," she said.

"It's a Sydney company and they're a really big brand used through Sydney, Queensland, Melbourne. It's a really popular brand."

It's not just the brand that Ms White said is a hit at Crema, with the friendly staff also playing a big role.

"We've got a really good supporter and customer base but what works best is our staff," she said.

"They interact really well with the crowd.

"They've introduced a riddle of the day competition and customers like to come back and see the answer."

The poll started at 8pm on Thursday and will run through 8pm on Sunday, July 12.
