On July 15 players will convene at Bathurst City Bowling Club to discuss the things they do and don't want to see for the upcoming 2020-21 season.
At this stage it's looking like Bathurst cricket will be largely unaffected by the coronavirus situation which has wreaked havoc on winter sports, although it remains to be seen whether ground changes will have to be made to cope with an adjusted schedule.
"This will be a chance for us to take a look at what things we do and don't want implemented," BDCA club secretary Brad Broes
"We had a slight increase in participants in our senior grades last year which was really nice to see. We only had one club which had to drop out due to numbers but we overall had an increase.

"I wouldn't seeing some more youth among the second grade competition because there's quite a few older heads going around in that competition.
"While you always need those players, having youth pushing up would be a really good thing to see."
The upcoming meeting starts at the bowling club from 6.30pm.
Bathurst's first grade teams will have to wait a little longer to fine tune their season details.
"The BOIDC meeting will still be going ahead but there will be a separate AGM for that," Broes said.
"I'd say that one will be around early August."
