Sonny Day and Biddy Maroney of WBYK worked closely with the Bathurst Regional Art Gallery [BRAG] and ESEM Projects to produce Turn, a digital animation steeped in symbolism.
Turn is situated in the BRAG/ Bathurst Library forecourt, and features a set of looping animations, including a water droplet and ripples, two figures hand in hand, a moon/sun rise, an all-seeing eye and a tear.
The symbols convey a message of healing, strength and acceptance.
"This beautiful animation is a poignant message of humanity, hope and resilience," BRAG director Sarah Gurich said.
Day and Maroney have worked together since 2006, with Rolling Stone Australia, Time Magazine and Disney among their major clients.
Turn will be visible from sunset until 10pm each night of the festival.
