With just under one third of the votes, Brilliant Street Cafe came out on top when voting ended at 8pm on Sunday night, receiving 1064 votes from a total of 3427.
The cafe, located on its namesake, finished ahead of Crema on George and The Grind, who finished with a total of 812 and 408 votes respectively.
Barista Erika Lindsay said it's great to know the cafe is appreciated by the regular customers.
"It took us by surprise," she said on the cafe winning.
"A lot of customers came in last week saying we were leading.
"It's good to be recognised and appreciated by our regulars. It's also good to know we're doing a good job and making good coffee."
The Western Advocate's poll was carried out through Crowdsignal, a polls and survey website, with voters able to vote over multiple platforms if they desire to.
There was no official prize for the winner of the poll, rather it's a chance for the Bathurst community to get around and support their favourite coffee outlet.
Brilliant Street Cafe was opened just over two years ago in April 2018 by the owners of Orange's equally well-named Byng Street Cafe.
It stands at the western entrance to Bathurst just 100 metres from the intersection of Stewart Street and the Mitchell Highway, a great location for people that are on their way to work.
Brilliant Street Cafe is open from 5.30am to 3pm during weekdays, 6am to 1pm on Saturday and 6.30am to 1pm on Sunday.
