Ms Hill, who travels with Bathurst Taxis around 10 times a week, was discovered to be the lucky winner of the promotion last Tuesday night.
"It's an absolute honour to receive this prize," she said.
"Since my next few taxi fares are covered, it'll help me put some more funds away for a car."
The gift voucher provides Ms Hill with $400 complementary credit for trips in any NSW taxi.
Bathurst Taxis launched the promotion two Wednesdays ago to honour a milestone the company took 15 years to achieve.
"It's great to see a local has won the voucher, we couldn't be happier," Bathurst Taxis marketing manager Paul Shanahan.
"Teegan is a regular customer of ours and we couldn't think of a more deserving winner."
Bathurst Taxis combined with the Country Taxi Call Centre and SmartMove dispatch systems in April 2005 in a bid to provide more efficient services to the local community.
The company launched a Taxi Tucker food delivery service last year, which continues to service a host of local hospitality businesses.
