The $10 million expansion of the complex commenced in late 2017.
To mark the occasion, Westpoint will be inviting the public to come out and celebrate the official opening, with stores running a number of activities for customers to enjoy.
Westpoint development manager Jonathan Carlile said most stores will have specials on the day.
"IGA, Westpoint Pharmacy, D'Aquino's liquor, Steve's Quality Meat, Cafe West and Domino's Pizza have joined with Westpoint Medical Centre and Balanced Childcare to organise a promotional event for Westpoint's special day," he said.
"Most of our stores will have specials on the day so that in itself is a good reason to come check out the new and improved shopping centre.
"It's been many years in the making and we are exceedingly grateful to our many customers who put up with the disruption during the renovation and expansion works.
"It'll be a great opportunity for all locals to check out the new improved centre and bring the community together."
Under the expansion project, an entirely new wing was built on the northern side of site, a second new building was constructed for food retailers, D'Aquino's and the chemist were relocated, a childcare centre built in the new wing and car parking facilities more than doubled.
Relocating D'Aquino's made way for an expansion of IGA and the first stage of that was opened to the public just before Christmas.
IGA owner Hamish Thompson said since his shop has reopened after renovations, trade has been "really busy".
"We used to be quite small but we've now more than doubled in size, vastly improving our grocery range and fresh food," he said.
"The people of West Bathurst deserve a quality shopping centre and they no longer have to travel all the way into the Bathurst CBD just to get their essentials."
On Saturday, B-Rock and 2BS will be doing a live show on the day where they will be facilitating giveaways on air.
There will be live music from local musicians Thousand Rivers, free face painting for children and there'll even be a chance to win free coffee from the Cafe West.
As well, Westpoint will be holding a competition, with shoppers to go in a draw for a major prize that will be drawn on Saturday, at 1.30pm.
