A large number of bags of dog food were taken from the business between July 21 and 22, NSW Police state rural crime co-ordinator Detective Inspector Cameron Whiteside said.
"Rural crime investigators managed to 'sniff' out a 34-year-old Raglan man who was subsequently charged with being in possession of stolen goods," he said.
"Eleven boxes of dog food were recovered from the man's home on July 23, which police will allege was stolen from the business in Kelso."
The man is due to appear in Bathurst Local Court in August.
