For the past two months, the Bathurst City Centre-based butcher has been running a click and collect service which means customers can order their meat online and pick it up ready to go or have it delivered to their car.
The click and collect service was introduced during the coronavirus pandemic, to make it easier for customers who were socially distancing themselves from others.

Butcher Ben Smith believes the click and collect service will be the future for many retail businesses.
"It's been good [the click and collect service]. It hasn't been a major income, but it still goes alright," he said.
"It's the future of retail and that's why we brought it in. COVID helped a hell of a lot for us to make the transition.
"There's like 300 orders a day for Woolies and they've only been doing their pick up service for less than a month."
People can currently order their meat via the Mountain Meats' website at www.mountainmeatsbathurst.com.au, either purchasing multiple types and cuts of meat.
Meat can be picked up at the butcher or delivered on Saturdays to customers in Bathurst and surrounds, including places such as Tarana, Lithgow, Meadow Flat, Oberon, Sofala, Wattle Flat, Portland and Wallerawang.
"If you order, we can take it to your car too," Mr Smith explained.
"Just gives a call and we'll take it down to the carpark."
The buy local boxes, which were introduced during the lockdown, have proven popular for customers, with over 100 sold.
