Trevor-Jones is currently living in England and after some tough months dealing with tough lockdown restrictions as the country battled COVID-19, he is now enjoying a cricketing dream.
He is employed full-time as an assistant physiotherapist at the Derbyshire County Cricket Club and on weekends also pads up for Papplewick and Linby Cricket Club's first XI.
The former Bathurst cricketer is no stranger to the English game as last season as Teddington Cricket Club's overseas player he belted five half centuries and a ton in the Middlesex Premier League.
So far he has made a good start to his stint with Papplewick and Linby as he both fills the wicket-keeping role and the crucial number three spot in their batting line up.
After four rounds he is the second-top run scorer for the first XI, having hit 145 runs at an average of 64.14.
His highlight came on July 25 when scoring a crucial 66 off 102 deliveries against Hucknell.
When the Bathurst talent arrived at the crease his side was in trouble at 2-18 chasing 115 off 40-overs in a match impacted by rain.
But he set about forming a 114-run stand for the third wicket which helped steer his side towards victory. Trevor-Jones' knock included a pair of sixes and two boundaries.
In Papplewick and Linby's most recent match - a seven-wicket win over Mansfield Hosiery Mills Cricket Cricket - Trevor-Jones again top scored for his side.
Having caught out his rivals' skipper in dismissing them for 93, Trevor-Jones then cracked four boundaries on his way to 26 off 48 deliveries.
His next test will be against the undefeated Cuckney.
