Kennedy will bring up the milestone in a family affair against the Bathurst Giants this weekend, during the third meeting between the teams in the space of just four weeks.
With nearly 15 years of experience with the Bushrangers to date Kennedy said it's been a great journey.
"It feels really good to finally get there after a few years," Kennedy said.
"I started at the club as a junior in under 14s, in 2005, and then played my first full season in 2006. I've been there pretty much ever since, with just one year off.
"Just being around the club is such a great thing. I've formed friendships here that will last a lifetime. It's been hard with mum, dad and the rest of the family up with the Giants but you get that on the big job sometimes."
Bushrangers have won both encounters with the Giants this season and will be favourites to keep their unblemished record going strong, given the way they won the previous derby.
The Bushrangers held the Giants to just four goals while kicking 15 themselves in a 78-point win two weeks ago.
But the Giants will be coming into the match with a confidence boost after picking up their first win of the season against the Orange Tigers.

Kennedy will be looking to help his side maintain the newly created gap over the Dubbo Demons at the top of the table.
However, this derby will feel a little different for Kennedy not just because of the occasion but because of where he'll likely be playing.
While Kennedy may still make the return towards the front of the field there's a chance he'll stay at the defensive end of the ground after an impressive performance in last round's win over the then-unbeaten Dubbo Demons.
"I started the year up on the half forward line but last game I moved to the back six to help out there. Apparently I must have gone alright because people were saying I did a good job there," he said.
"It's up to [co-coaches] Matty [Archer] and Tim [Hunter] to see if they want to keep me there.
"You can't underestimate any team in this competition. Going up to Dubbo last week I think everyone really stepped up and there wasn't a player out there who didn't play the role that they needed to.
"We are gelled together and it worked out really well."
Kennedy believes a similar level of play from the previous meeting with the Giants will get the team close to another success.
"I think we just used the ball really well. That's something we're getting a lot better at the more we play together," he said.
"With the teams being split up for the last few years, and now being able to get a solid team together, it helps us learn how each other plays."
The third and final men's Bathurst derby of the regular season gets underway from 2,30pm at George Park 1.
