Students at Skillset Senior College enjoyed a colour fight on Thursday to celebrate Wear It Purple Day.
The official Wear It Purple Day was on August 28, but as trials were on for the Higher School Certificate, Skillset decided to celebrate the day its own.
It was originally meant to be celebrated on Wednesday, but due to rain, events were postponed until a day later.
PDHPE teacher Jono Hosking explained that Wear It Purple Day raises awareness for LGBTQI suicide and suicide prevention.

"It's not just for the LGBTQI community but for everyone as well," he said.
"We have a very diverse community at Skillset, so why not showcase a great day where we can have some fun and raise some awareness for that."
Mr Hosking said students got involved with all events on the day.
"They all got so into it. We had a scavenger hunt in the morning and that was insane and full of adrenalin," he said.
"I brought a heap of make-up stuff and they all wanted glitter beards and eyebrows and stuff like that."
Skillset Deputy Head of College, Mark Whitfeld, said the school is an alternative form of education.
"We try to work with the students to find out what adjustment is needed in their lives to create an environment where they can enjoy school," he said.
