According to speedcafe.com, Supercars CEO Sean Seamer told a roundtable teleconference today that his organisation was working with the National Rugby League on plans for the hub at a yet-to-be-confirmed location in NSW.
It would be for co-drivers from coronavirus-affected states who are not currently racing in the Supercars series, including Victorians Michael Caruso, James Moffat, Tony D'Alberto, James Golding, Dale Wood and Garth Tander, and West Australian-based drivers Kurt Kostecki and Dean Fiore.
Bathurst will be the first time since pre-season testing that most of the co-drivers have driven a Supercar this year.
