Businesses in the community showed great support for the Great Corporate Duck Race on Sunday, with $10,500 raised.

Devro was the overall winner, the business' duck racing home in record time thanks to a healthy-flowing Macquarie River.
Race coordinator Steve Semmens said the support from the community has been fantastic, considering the economic impact from the coronavirus pandemic.

"Considering the economic conditions we're under, it's amazing," he said.
"We've been blown away and certainly the Rotary Club of Bathurst is very grateful for all those people that got behind us. It's just fantastic."
Sunday's race was very different from recent years, when considering the height of the river.
"We had to scrape ducks off the bottom last year to this year," Mr Semmens said.
"It's much higher. The water was up to people's ankles last year, but this year it's up to their chest.
"It's pretty high and we've got some brave Rotarians that are happy to dedicate and committed enough to jump in and collect the ducks."
The majority of money raised will go to the 2BS Bathurst Lions Christmas Miracle Appeal, which helps pack and deliver over 200 hampers to those less fortunate or elderly in the local area.
