The fast food restaurant, which is expected to open in Dubbo in the first half of 2021, will be located on the corner of Hawthorn and Cobra Streets.
The announcement was made to Australian Community Media on Tuesday afternoon.
"We've already had tremendous success within the Australian market and aim to open 100-plus restaurants in the country over the next ten years," said CKE Asia Pacific general manager Gaven Needham said.

"Given the importance of Australia in our overall development plans, we couldn't think of a stronger partner, than the CJ's Group to support our ambitious roll out plans for Dubbo."
CJ's Group managing director Andrew Firn said he was "delighted to bring Carl's Jr to Dubbo".
"This will be the first restaurant to open in western regional NSW, with several more under construction in both Sydney metro and regional parts of NSW."
CKE Restaurants is the parent company of Carl's Jr, Hardee's, Green Burrito and Red Burrito.
Sixty new team members will be hired as part of the restaurant's opening.
Advertising for staff will begin in early 2021 ahead of an exciting launch of the restaurant.
A Mobil service station will also be constructed on the site.
The site is being developed by Stevens Group.
Development director Jason Capuano said Dubbo was an appealing location for the fast food restaurant because it was a major retail area.
"The population of Dubbo is 45,000 but the broader trade draw is a lot closer to 100,000 people. That was a big indicator. And it's a good site that's really suited to this kind of development," Mr Capuano said.
