The awards are among the most prestigious in the country, and are considered the Oscars of the beauty industry.
Taylor joined the Macquarie Medi Spa team seven years ago, and Director, Karla McDiarmid, said she was a well deserving winner.
"Taylor began her journey with us over seven years ago as our Retail Trainee - it shows you just how far a determined young lady she was and is," she said.
She said she was an incredible asset to the business, even though she is on maternity leave, she is still helping out.

"I don't have to ask her for help - she offers it first," Karla said.
Taylor assists Karla with all aspects of the business along with looking after the Bathurst team directly and working closely with the Orange manager.
"Taylor was also our Laser Hair Removal trainer and assisted all of the team with product knowledge in all of our skin care and makeup.
"Over the years has completed many short courses including small business, leadership, customer service, makeup, laser hair removal, brow shaping and has attended many beauty expos, conferences , international Symposiums with Dermalogica all within the skin and beauty industry," she said.
Karla said Taylor has an incredible eye for detail.
"She ensures the business looks perfect every day."
