The WPL announced its Team of the Year via its Facebook page on Wednesday evening, opting for a 4-3-3 formation, as well as selecting six players on the bench.
Cooper, who originally started the season playing right back for Panorama before transitioning to the midfield, has been selected in the centre midfield position in the team.

He said it was reward not just for the effort he put in, but the effort from the entire team throughout the 2020 season.
"It's been a pretty good year for me personally, but under the coaching staff of Oz [Brent Osborne] and Rick [Gihout], it made the year a lot better.
"After playing at the highest level, I think this has been one of my best years as a footballer."
Cooper was originally playing under 18s for Western NSW FC as recent as the 2018 season and he was playing for Panorama's Red side in the Bathurst District Football men's premier league last year.
He said the Western region has been in need of a region-wide competition for a number of years.
"For someone like me who struggled to commit to playing Mariners in Sydney, it gives Western region an opportunity to showcase the talent," he said.
"I've spent my fair share of time in Sydney playing and refereeing and witnessing the Sydney comps and how they've run.
"The Western region was crying out for one. It's the rebirth of football in the Western region and it'll be here for years."
The WPL Team of the Year also features a six-man bench, with Panorama's Beau Yates being named on it.
Each of the seven teams had at least one player in the team.
