The show, which will stream live from CTS' Facebook page on Saturday, November 21 from 6pm, will feature numbers from nine performers involved in previous CTS productions and will also serve as a fundraiser for the organisation.
"Obviously we weren't able to stage our annual musical [The Sound of Music] this year due to COVID-19, so we've decided to put this together to celebrate the community's talent and invite viewers to support CTS," publicity officer and showcase director Graham McNab said.
"We're doing this show to give people an opportunity to perform, but also as a means to replenish CTS' coffers as we're a community musical society effectively working on a not-for-profit basis."
Featured performers include Gabbi Bolt, George Sargent and Cameron Russell, and has been produced in partnership with Pure Imagination Performing Arts.
"We'll have a host of old and new performers, and there will also be a series of interviews with some key CTS individuals," Mr McNab said.
"It's amateur theatre, but the quality of talent involved in this project highlights the sheer professionalism of these performers."
Since 1958, CTS has been a pivotal community group dedicated to the promotion and presentation of theatre in Bathurst, and has spawned an eventual Broadway star in Ainsley Melham.
