McDonald's Bathurst and Kelso, along with their two Orange restaurants are on a massive recruitment campaign and are looking to employ 150 people.
Nikita Williams, Marketing Manager for McDonald's Bathurst and Orange said the business is looking to employ 150 people across its four stores; McDonald's Bathurst, Kelso, Orange and North Orange.
She said during Covid, the business kept people on who were trained but did not put on any new staff, now new staff are needed.
"We would normally do a recruitment drive this time of the year anyway and we've been super busy," she said.

In addition to all four restaurants trading 24 hours a day, the McDonald's delivery service introduced earlier this year has taken off, further increasing demand.
She said the positions required are across the board, both day and night shifts, and anything from customer service, dining room, McCafe to management and human resources.
With the delivery service also going strongly, delivery drivers are also needed.
The service is so popular that the business has recently purchased a third car, just to keep up with demand.
Operations manager, Awaiz Samuel said during Covid, many other businesses shut down, but McDonald's actually increased its sales.
"It's to the point we are struggling to find people; sales have gone up, now we need more staff," he said.
Manager of McDoanld's Bathurst, Dana Ezzy, said they are looking for people who are self motivated and take the initiative.
She said there are many benefit to working with McDonald's, saying their training is the envy of other industries across the world.
"Our training is recognised globally," she said.
Manager of Kelso, Genevieve Horton agreed.
"There are so many opportunities. McDonald's is a registered training organisation," she said, adding and staff can complete Certificate III training in areas like food safety.
"There are a lot of career options," she said.
