After finishing runner-up in an online challenge, Bunnings was awarded $2000 in prizemoney, which they in turned partnered with the local evening branch to donate half of those funds to the Wig Library.
Bathurst Evening Branch vice president Margaret Boschman said the Wig Library is a valuable service to support.

"When we heard about the Wig Library, we decided to invite [Wig Library volunteer] Mandy Wilding to come and talk about it to us," she explained.
"We saw it as a worthwhile organisation to support because it's a valuable service to anyone that is having cancer treatment, suffering from alopecia and other hair loss issues."
Bunnings is expected to partner with the CWA Evening Branch to donate the remaining $1000 to the Veritas House.
While it is mainly targeted to women, men may also approach the Wig Library - which was established back in 2014 - if they are suffering from hair loss.
The CWA is the largest women's organisation in Australia and it aims to improve conditions for women and children living in country areas.
The group reaches that aim in various ways including lobbying for change, helping the local community, creating a network of support and meeting together in towns and cities.
