Australia Wide Coaches managing director, Richard Dawes, said that now felt like the "right" time to reintroduce the service.
"With COVID restrictions and border closures in place, there's been no appetite for people to travel and people have generally been apprehensive understandably to travel," he said.
"But with borders now re-opening and people wanting to fly or visit medical specialists, we believe that we will now have the support and patronage to recommence a limited service.
"We are receiving an overwhelming number of emails from passengers wanting the service to resume so we thought the recommencement timing was now right."

The service will operate initially from the Central West to Sydney on Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday and return from Sydney on Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Sunday.
It will not service Sydney International Airport.
Coaches will arrive at Bathurst Railway Station at 7.15am for those travelling to Sydney.
For the Sydney to Orange service, coaches will stop at Bathurst Railway Station at 7.10pm on Mondays and Tuesdays, and 8.35pm on Fridays and Sundays.
To keep people safe, passenger numbers will be limited, temperature testing introduced and additional cleaning practices carried out on the coaches.
