With a record 63 stalls booked so far, they say the event, to be held at Lions Berry Park this Saturday, December 5 from 8am to 1pm, will be the largest market ever held on the site.
"A vibrant Christmas theme is planned, including an appearance by Santa - who on this occasion will be observing all the COVID protocols," Lions Club of Bathurst Macquarie publicity officer Jon Maclean said.
"Children will be able to sit in a sleigh adjacent to Santa for those precious photographs."
As well, there will be craft, local produce and other items on sale, Mr Maclean said.
The markets will have a break over the holidays, returning on Saturday, February 6, 2021.
There were 52 stalls at the November Bathurst Riverside Markets, which included 15 first-timers at the venue.
Stallholders came from Dubbo, Orange, Blayney and Lithgow, as well as Bathurst, for the event.
