The event will be the first pop-up shop since A Puppy and Her moved into a studio space at 2/49 Keppel Street [above El Guapo] in September.
A Puppy and Her owner Abby Smith said the event will be a vital opportunity for members of the community to shop sustainably for a potential Christmas gift.
"There will be a wide range of vintage clothing ranging from the 40s to the 90s, some items are rare, while others are everyday wear," Ms Smith said.
"Michelle [McRobert] from Plastic Cactus will also be on hand to promote her unique jewellery wears, and El Guapo will have morning margaritas for sale all day."
Ms Smith's business has enjoyed significant success throughout the year, and said vintage fashion boasts benefits from both a stylistic and sustainable perspective.
"It's nice to be able to put on another pop-up stall at last, we had one planned for March which was obviously cancelled due to COVID," she said.
"COVID-safe precautions will be in place this Saturday, and it'll be a great event to send out the year."
The event will run from 10am until 4pm.
