Currently training at the Bathurst Showground until the completion of his own training establishment at Brewongle, Muscat originally relocated from the western Sydney town of Londonderry in the past few months.
He said he couldn't be more happier with his current situation out in the Central West.

"I'm absolutely loving life in the country," he said.
"It's been very good. I can see myself spending the rest of my life out here and I've been pretty lucky with my owners, backing me and my move out west.
"I've actually got new owners on board, so it's been a bit overwhelming."
Muscat's move out to the Central West came about after his desire to have his own training facility.
"I actually had a house at Menangle but I was training at Londonderry, at my grandmother's place," he said.
"It was really good for me but I eventually needed to get my own place. I was only going to be able to train out at the training centre or I'd have to move out this way to have my own land."
He normally drives his pacers, but he's been sidelined from driving due to sustaining serious injuries in a trackwork fall in July.
He's expected to make a return to driving in February, but in the meantime he's got quality Bathurst trainer Mat Rue driving for him.
"Yeah bloody oath, he's been really good. I broke my knee back in July, so I can't drive at the moment, so I do Mat's joggers for me," he said.
"Mat, Aaron Williams and Tom Pay help me do my hobblers. We're all working together."
While Muscat, who has enjoyed success out at the Bathurst Paceway in the past, hasn't got any starters at his new home track on Wednesday night, he did have a runner at Dubbo on Sunday night, with Rue driving Lord Heston in the TAB Carnival of Cups Next Friday Pace (1720 metres).
The $6.50 chance started from the third barrier in the second row but was unable to find match success, finishing well behind the places in sixth.
However, it was a race dominated by Bathurst trainers, with Steve Turnbull driving the two-year-old bay filly he trains, Im Desirable, to her second win in three starts.
Nathan Hurst's Gabbys Reason and Amanda Turnbull's Hold My Halo finished in second and third respectively.
Muscat had two starters at last Wednesday night's meeting at the Bathurst Paceway, with Jak Magic and Dargos Pet both racing.
Jak Magic finished second in the Club Menangle Country Series Heat (1730 metres).
