Outgoing Bathurst District Football president Andrew Speed will be ending his four-year tenure in the top job, and his nine year run on the committee.
"We're talking to a couple of people at the moment and we'll hopefully have those roles filled over the next couple of weeks," Speed said of the leading roles.
"Everything is going ahead as planned. I'm still working with them at the moment, but I'm just not able to fill that role for the whole year."
The remaining positions are almost identical to the 2020 committee.
"We have same people back except for our publicity officer, which will now be Bradley Jurd," Speed said.
"We thought he did a great job at the end of last season helping us to put together the programs for grand final day so we think it's great to have him in that role."
Speed has been thrilled by they of growth and development for BDF over his time as president.
The redevelopment of the Proctor Park faciltiies, which saw a new change room facility built and three fields completely reworked from the ground up, and been the major highlight.
"The game is constantly growing, in juniors and seniors. Obviously getting the Proctor Park development through is one of the biggest achievements we've managed over the last few years.
"That's been the work of past committees over the last seven to eight years.
"We changed the competitions around four years ago and introduced a men's and women's premier league, which has only gotten bigger and better.
"The number of teams in each grade has only improved, and we should have a couple of new clubs in first grade this year."
