Vincent will perform the hits of revered Italian-American tenor and 'silver screen' Hollywood star Mario Lanza, which formed the basis for the Australia's Got Talent winner's 2017 album, A Tribute to Mario Lanza.
And with 2021 being the 100th anniversary of Lanza's birth, Vincent said the performance will take on even more importance.
"In my opinion, Mario was the greatest tenor of all time: his versatility, looks, acting, ambition and passion all came through in his performance," he said.
"When you think of all the other greats: Luciano Pavarotti, Placido Domingo, Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra: they all admired Mario, and I'm excited to share his legendary musical input with Bathurst, as well as my own story of how Mario inspired me."
The performance was originally scheduled for March last year, but had to be postponed due to COVID-19 restrictions.
After such a tumultuous year for the entertainment industry, Vincent said it's essential for audiences to continue to support the arts, which is a livelihood for countless numbers of professionals.
"When you're an artist, it's as much a living as it is a passion to step out on stage and become one with the music and the audience and when it's taken away, it can become a struggle for many to support their families," he said.
"The arts isn't a normal industry, it often requires months and years of planning in advance and while the federal and state governments are starting to understand the value of the industry, there's still more to do."
"After what's been a crazy year for live entertainment, it'll be lovely to be back in a venue performing for people again."
Vincent's latest release is a rendition of the Tones And I hit, 'Dance Monkey'.
Vincent will perform at BMEC on Friday, February 5 from 7.30pm.
Tickets cost $59 [$57 for BMEC members and concession] and are available at www.bmec.com.au.
