The new premises, located on Corporation Avenue, is bigger than their previous one and is set to provide a whole new level of facilities.
While final designs are approved and construction gets underway, Dancin' Divas owner, Andy Wills, said she is looking forward to calling 'Milltown' home.
"The Carillon Theatrical Society have generously let us rent some space to use at 'Milltown' on Bant Street and we will be using their hall for burlesque, Zumba and Pilates classes," she said.
"It's a great space and will allow everyone who enjoys those classes to get back into it after a break over the festive season.
Andy said that women and men looking to get back into their pole dancing classes won't have to wait long either to start practicing their moves.
"For our pole classes we are going to set up a temporary studio at our new premises on Corporation Avenue which will save us setting up and packing down poles after every class," she said.
"We currently have seven portable poles available and there is a lot more space for everyone to really try to hone the craft.
"We have used the portable poles a number of times including 'Rock of Ages', Mardi Gra and Dance for Cancer, so it is great to have them ready to go."
Dancin' Diva members are set for a treat when the new studio is completed with a floor space three times the size of the former studio and plans to include an upstairs dance space.
The design will also include bathrooms, a kitchenette, storerooms and reception area, and have up to 13 poles available for students, something Andy said is a massive advantage over their last location.
"The new studio will allow so many more people to take part without having to wait, and with the upstairs area we can run classes simultaneously, again allowing more people to enjoy themselves," she said.

"We really want to encourage women especially who have been struggling, whether in a relationship or due to COVID, or just in general to get in touch with us, come and have a chat, try a class and find themselves again.
"We are designing a program in conjunction with myself, our fitness guru Jess Wilson and clinical psychologist Alicia Dawson, so hopefully many people can benefit from it."
Andy said she was nervous but very excited about the new studio and the opportunities it will provide.
"It is a major fit-out from scratch but it will be well worth it," she said.
"We are looking at this as a long-term project that will benefit so many different people and help them achieve their personal goals while also having fun.
"I have had lots of girls already hassling me when we can start classes again, so while we are in a bit of a temporary holding pattern at the moment, it's a great step in the right direction."
Classes for burlesque, Zumba and Pilates are already happening at 'Milltown', while pole dancing classes begin February 8.
