The Goats' opposition are based in the northern suburbs of Wollongong and most recently competed in the Football South Coast Community League Division 1, one step below the Illawarra Premier League.
It'll be Panorama's second foray into the FFA Cup, after making their tournament debut last year, which they lost 7-3 to Central Coast team Southern & Ettalong.

If Panorama can win, they'll progress to the third round and gain hosting rights against NSW NPL3 team Bankstown United.
The Goats aren't the only Western Premier League team in the competition, with Orange rivals Barnstoneworth United drawn to play away to North West Sydney Football outfit Gladesville Ravens Sports Club.
A win for Barnstoneworth would definitely create a spicy matchup, with the Josh Ward-coached outfit in contention to play NSW NPL4 club and local rivals Western NSW FC.
The two clubs have already played this pre-season, with Barnies winning 3-1 against a depleted Western team.
Lithgow Workmen's have been drawn in the third round to play the winners of round two's match up against Kissing Point and Winston Hills.
Matches for the second round will be played on March 12-13, which is subject to possible change.
