CAP on backwards, sunnies on, sitting on the wall at Pit Straight at Mount Panorama talking about growing 'some kahunas' - it's a typically Chaz Mostert cool way to start the Supercars season.

Mostert admits he is sad not to be starting his 2021 campaign at the "brutal" Adelaide circuit, but he's also excited to once again test his skills at Mount Panorama in the Bathurst 500.
The sprint round format - Mostert and his rivals will contest a pair of 250 kilometre races - is something new when it comes to Bathurst, but the Walkinshaw Andretti United driver is well versed with the circuit.
The last time he raced at the Mount was in the 2020 season-ending Bathurst 1000 where he placed third.
"This place takes a lot of commitment, it's a nice, fast, flowy track, no room for error all the way across the top - so I'll just try and grow some kahunas and hopefully carry that through practice and into quali," he said.
"It's good to start the year at a track that takes ultimate commitment, it makes it a little bit more impressive on TV and commitment can be the difference between finishing first or finishing 10th.
"Any laps you get around this track is awesome, so for two rounds to be here is cool."
Beneath the laid-back, cool exterior that Mostert possesses is a true competitor, a driver determined to feature on the podium more in 2021.
His effort at the Bathurst 1000 last year was one of three podium results - he also picked up a second and a third at Townsville - as he placed fifth in the championship.
It is the same spot he finished the championship in 12 months earlier when racing for Tickford and his equal best result since becoming a full-time Supercars driver.
However, Mostert wants to do better. He wants to reward the work those at WAU did in the off-season to help prepare his #25 Commodore.
"Different for me this year, obviously second year with the team. The team has worked pretty hard to try and close a little bit of a gap to the front guys and they've opened up the tool box coming into this year," he said.
"There's going to be a lot of pressure on us in the first couple of rounds to nail the set up and move the car forward and go from there.
"Obviously the team was on the road for well over 100 days through last year which was extremely hard, but overall after the Christmas break, the team worked extremely hard to develop this car.
"I think it's a great opportunity to come into this year I think stronger than what we finished last year.
"I just want to go fast."
In opening practice at Mount Panorama on Friday, go fast is what Mostert did as he topped the session with a 2:05.56. He had sat in position two for much of the session behind Triple Eight's Shane van Gisbergen, but on a fresh set of tyres he clocked his hottest lap with just 46 seconds left on the clock.
Qualifying begins at 9.05am on Saturday morning with a top 10 shootout to follow at 12.10pm to determine the front of the grid.
The first of the two 250km races starts 3pm Saturday.
