If it is not already made of concrete, it should be, so it is permanent.

What would also make this sign better would be a double sign - the letter of the same size should float over the top of the current sign.

In between both levels should be very bright, changeable LED lighting run by solar.

This will ensure this iconic sign is forever seen.
