In other Western under 21s matches, Dubbo Macquarie Raiders won easily 36-4 against Forbes Magpies, while Orange CYMS forfeited to Dubbo CYMS.
While St Pat's had a healthy win, it wasn't enough to go above Dubbo CYMS on point differences.
Macquarie and Forbes occupy the other two finals spots in third and fourth, heading into the final round of the home and away season on Saturday.
