Bathurst RSL Club general manager Peter Sargent said there had been an outstanding response to the vouchers so far.
"They really have been excellent. When COVID hit last year, the hospitality and entertainment industry was hit really hard and it's fabulous the State Government, one, implemented the program to help businesses recover beyond wage support, and, two, great the government has shouted people a meal and a show after a really tough year," he said.

Marketing manager at the club, Janneke van der Sterren, said after the past 12 months, people's habits have definitely changed, and the vouchers were encouraging people to come back out again.
"Guests can use their $25 Discover voucher on show tickets here," she said.
"We've got Frankie J Holden and Michelle Pettigrove performing their show How Sweet it Is on Thursday, April 15. If people want to use their voucher, they just pay the difference, which is only $5 for the show."
The vouchers are available from the Services NSW website to NSW residents aged 18 years and over, who can apply for $100 in vouchers.
The vouchers can be used at participating NSW businesses registered as COVID safe.
Recipients will receive two $25 Dine NSW vouchers for dining in at restaurants, cafes, bars, wineries, pubs and clubs, as well as two $25 Discover NSW vouchers to be used for entertainment and recreation, including cultural institutions, live music and arts venues.
Dine NSW vouchers and Discover NSW vouchers can be used seven days a week.
Dine and Discover NSW vouchers are single use, and cannot be used for tobacco, alcohol or gambling.
If you use less than the $25 value of the voucher, the remaining value is forfeited and may not be used later or reimbursed by the business.
Vouchers must be redeemed in person at participating businesses, which can be found on the Services NSW site.
